EnSight 10.1.6(e) - September 1, 2016

EnSight is proud to announce the newest version, EnSight 10.1.6e is now available for download. This update provides bug fixes and enhancements that make EnSight an even more powerful tool for engineering visualizations and post-processing. Below you will find some highlights of our enhancements. 


Oculus Rift  Consumer Version now supported by EnSight

Customers with consumer versions will need to make sure they are using the up to date version of the Oculus Rift runtime library (comes with consumer version headset).  These began shipping in April/May 2016. The consumer version is an improved version of the Crescent Bay Prototype, featuring per-eye displays running at 90 Hz with a higher combined resolution than DK2, 360 degree positional tracking, integrated audio, increased positional tracking volume, and improved ergonomics and aesthetics.
